Refund and Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed are not allowed to be cancelled by the customer and can only be cancelled by LocalNeeds.Store or LocalNeeds Store and/or its affiliate stores/ partners.
Refunds will be applicable and available only under the following circumstances.
Your order was not delivered within 48 hours of date of placing the order. In this event, the entire bill amount will be refunded to you and the order will be cancelled.
An item that does not match with your order was delivered to you. In this event, the amount paid for the individual item/ items will be refunded to you on receipt or collection of such item/s
The refunds if any will be credit using the same instrument that was used for payment to the extent it is technologically and legally feasible, failing which our customers service associates will contact you over phone or email to provide details for an alternate payment mechanism or instrument.
