Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver products purchased from LocalNeeds.Store website in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible through our delivery/logistics partners. A delivery charge maybe levied based on the delivery speed selected by the user at the time of checkout/order placement. If your order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any delivery charges, if paid online. If you return an order delivered to you, order delivery charges will not be refunded.

Orders once placed are not allowed to be cancelled by the customer and can only be cancelled by LocalNeeds.Store or LookOut Solutions and/or its affiliate stores/ partners.

Refunds will be applicable and available only under the following circumstances.

Your order was not delivered within 48 hours of date of placing the order. In this event, the entire bill amount will be refunded to you and the order will be cancelled.
An item that does not match with your order was delivered to you. In this event, the amount paid for the individual item/ items will be refunded to you on receipt or collection of such item/s
The refunds if any will be credit using the same instrument that was used for payment to the extent it is technologically and legally feasible, failing which our customers service associates will contact you over phone or email to provide details for an alternate payment mechanism or instrument.
